Sign up and you are straight into a 14-day trial with no card. When you are ready, name your school and choose a plan: pay by card (nothing is charged until the school trial ends) or ask us for an invoice.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Request a quote and we'll set your school up on an invoice, with a purchase order number if you need one. You can also pay by card when you sign up.
Does every teacher need their own subscription?
No. One school plan covers every teacher you invite, up to your plan's seat limit, and each of them gets everything in Staffroom Pro.
What happens if we need more seats?
Invitations stop when you reach your plan's limit. Get in touch and we'll move you up a plan, or choose the Large plan for unlimited teachers.
How is pupil data protected?

Is report sign-off compulsory?
No. It's there for schools that want it. Teachers can see whether a report has been approved or sent back, and why, but they are never locked out of their own work.
Do we need a card for the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial for your whole school starts without payment details. If you don't add a payment method before it ends, the plan simply stops.
